Mini Vibration Analysis
The Mini Vibration Analysis Rig has been designed to demonstrate the use of condition monitoring equipment. The rig can demonstratemisalignment,mechanical looseness as well as a variety of other issues.

- Keyed slot combined with drive screws for longitudinalmisalignment
- Bracket mounted drive screw for lateral misalignment
- Stainless steel dowels & clamp nuts to secure base plate when aligned correctly
- 10 off accelerometer studs
- Quality SKF 6202 Bearings with spares
- Bespoke shaft, bearing caps & machined fixed coupling
- Spring mounted base with rubber strips for isolation
- Calibrated disks with gradient marked stickers, tapped holes for fitting weights
- Complete with rig specific tools in a Peli 1660 case with organiser in lid to store tools & spares
- Supplied with BETA tools and full spares package

- Invertek Optidrive IP66 0.75kw 1ph-3ph 230v Inverter / variable speed drive with quick disconnect fitting
