This Training Rig consists of a Beta Maxi Tank mobile workbench with a 5-bar aluminium worktop on which the pump & motor adjustment frame is installed.
The frame will allow the pump to be fixed in a static position with the motor on four adjustable mounts to enable the instructor to misalign the motor unit.
The trainee will then align the pump & motor shifts & fit the coupling using either clock gauges or alignment equipment to check the alignment.
Available with Laser Alignment and/or Vibration Analysis Tools.
