VACANCY: Accounts Clerk

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a full time Accounts Clerk to join our busy office in Kilmarnock.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

Your main duties will include-

  • Purchase and Sales Order Processing
  • Purchase ledger:
    • Matching and processing invoices
    • Preparing & processing supplier payments
    • Statement reconciliation
  • Sales ledger:
    • Raising sales invoices & credit notes
    • Recording payments
    • Managing credit control

A good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is essential and experience of Sage 50 Payroll would be preferred. You must also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
