Used to train apprentices & technicians on the correct methods of fitting and torquing bolts to flanges.
Components are mounted on a Beta maxi tank mobile workbench with nonmarking castors and a durable easy wipe clean 5-bar aluminium work surface. It is finished in a high quality paint finish. By utilising the Maxi Tank as the Base Unit, ample tool storage is available.
The Flange Sets are able to be pressurised (Pressure Relief is built in for safety) in order to be able to check sealing integrity – that bolts have been tightened correctly.
Included is a Torque Analyser as shown in the picture at the back left hand side.
