Designed to allow safe training on correct fitting and alignment of V-Belts, Taper-Lock pulleys, Roller Chain drives and Sprockets.
Complete with an interlocked guard and safety interlock to allow trainees to see the equipment running on completion of the training.
It has a small IP66 electrical enclosure, which houses the following:
- Door interlocking isolator
- Motor start/stop
- Interlock timer/relay and indicator
- Power indicator
- Ammeter
Fitted with 2 x guarded motors with rotational indication disks to simulate controlled plant. Schneider components are fitted throughout. Motors will be labeled to suit your requirements, eg: Pump, Fan, Hoist etc.
