This Rig is designed to assist in training staff in the correct method of fitting mechanical seals.
It can either be supplied with a formed bracket (as shown) to allow it to be securely bolted to a bench or with a lug welded to the replica pump end which would allow it to be securely held in a workshop vice.
The Rig comes as a complete replica pump end with mechanical seal and any relevant OEM addition seal parts. Seal manufacture provided subject to availability and will be specified at point of order. Typical seals used can be John Crane, Chesterton or Calpeda. If there is a preference for a particular seal, please ask us to consider.
